Dr Ratshitanga Nkhumbuleni IshaniIT Director
The sole director, Dr. Nkhumbuleni T. Ratshitanga, has a vast amount of experience in organisational leadership and information communication technology (ICT) governance. He holds PhD in information systems and his thesis is: Systems Perspective of ICT governance. In this study, he explored several ICT governance mechanisms and the factors that contribute to a viable ICT governance and ICT management. These include, visioning, intelligence, value delivery, holistic view, and oversight.
Dr. Ratshitanga has more than 20 years of experience working in an ICT environment in a higher education institution. He is the Head: ICT Support Service within the ICT Services department. He had been a member of the following governance structures, University Council, Audit Committee, ICT Steering Committee, Risk Management Committee, ICT management, and ad hoc structures. .
